Payment in advance
Your order ships as soon as we have received your payment. Items are reserved for you until payment is received (seven days maximum).
Depending on the financial institution, it may take three to five business days for your payment to reach us.

Payment by credit card
We offer this service in cooperation with SIX Payment. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Visa. This payment method is available in all countries except Afghanistan.
If you select payment by credit card when checking out, you will see a Saferpay window open. You can then select your credit card in this window. After that, enter your credit card details and confirm your purchase.
The charge will be processed immediately.
Payment by Klarna
We offer the following services in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) (Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) an. Klarna offers these services only to customers in select countries. These countries are listed on a separate info page.
As soon as you select payment via Klarna, you accept the Klarna Shopping Service terms and confirm that you have read the privacy policy and the information on cookies.
Installment purchase
You can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments with Klarna's financing service subject to the terms specified during checkout. After you complete your order with us, we will redirect you directly to the Klarna website to handle your payment.
If you select payment by invoice, you will pay 30 days after the order has been shipped. Detailed information can be found on the Klarna information page.
Payment by direct debit
After you complete your order with us, we will redirect you directly to the Klarna website to handle your payment.
With Klarna direct debit, you can have amounts debited conveniently from your bank account if you issue (or have already issued) a direct debit mandate to Klarna Bank AB (publ).
When you select payment by Klarna direct debit during checkout, the money is not debited from your account until Klarna has been notified by the retailer that the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the exact time of the debit by e-mail.
Payment by immediate transfer
Without opening a customer account with Klarna, you are redirected directly to your online banking portal to make the payment. For detailed information, please visit the Klarna info page.
Payment by credit card
After you complete your order with us, we will redirect you directly to the Klarna website to handle your payment.
We will ship the goods after receiving your payment.
Payment by Amazon Pay
This payment method is available in all countries where Amazon accounts can also be managed.
If you select payment by Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to Amazon Login, where you can log in to your Amazon account. You then select the desired payment method and confirm the purchase. The debit takes place immediately.
Refunds after returns or cancellations
If you return or cancel one or more items, we will refund the relevant amount using the same method you originally used to make your payment.
Shipping
The shipping costs you have to pay will be indicated in the order form. From an order value of
- € 20.00 for orders from the Federal Republic of Germany,
- € 30.00 for orders from the Benelux countries and the Czech Republic,
- € 40.00 for orders from the rest of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, Northern Ireland and
- € 100.00 for orders from third countries and Great Britain
we deliver orders for which you choose standard shipping, free of shipping costs.
If your order value is lower than the indicated amount, shipping costs of € 7 (standard) or € 50 (express) will be charged.
Customers from a third country currently still have to pay additional costs, which consist of:
-Customs processing fees
-import duty
-import turnover tax
These depend on the respective country, the goods (customs tariff no.), the value of the goods, the respective import regulations of the countries and the transport service provider.
